Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Snuffler (the "Service"), operated by Infinite-Compute ("Snuffler", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using Snuffler on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Snuffler is a monitoring and reporting tool for n8n workflow automations. It provides a health dashboard, alerting, AI-assisted failure summaries, and client SLA reports. To do this you connect one or more n8n instances by supplying an n8n API key. Snuffler accesses your n8n on a read-only basis — we read workflow and execution metadata to power monitoring, and we never create, modify, or delete anything in your n8n and do not access your n8n credentials. You are responsible for issuing a least-privilege, read-only API key.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or abuse risk.
4. Subscriptions, trials & billing
Paid plans (Solo, Agency, Studio) are billed in advance via our payment processor, Stripe. New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial; if you do not add a payment method the account becomes read-only when the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data that is not yours, probing or disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to monitor systems you are not authorized to monitor. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data your connected n8n instances expose to Snuffler.
6. Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the Service and delete execution data on the retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability & disclaimer
We work to keep Snuffler reliable but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Snuffler is a monitoring aid and does not guarantee detection of every failure; you remain responsible for the operation of your own workflows and systems.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snuffler will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we will delete or anonymize your data in line with the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact us.
