Who we are
Snuffler (operated by Infinite-Compute) provides monitoring for n8n workflow automations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. For any privacy request, contact us.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, company name, and authentication data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and verified email.
- n8n monitoring data — read-only workflow and execution metadata (names, statuses, timestamps, error messages) from the n8n instances you connect. We do not access your n8n credentials and never write to your n8n.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store a customer/subscription reference and plan status; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage analytics — aggregate page/visit metrics via our self-hosted, cookieless analytics (no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers).
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service: monitoring and alerting, AI-assisted failure summaries, generating reports, billing, transactional email, and product improvement. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Sub-processors
We share data only with providers needed to run the Service:
- Payments & billing (Stripe).
- Transactional email (Twilio SendGrid).
- AI failure summaries (OpenAI) — relevant workflow error details may be sent for processing; not used to train third-party models.
- Cloud hosting — to operate the Service.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session security. Our analytics are cookieless, so we do not require a tracking consent banner.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Workflow execution data is retained for up to 90 days and then purged. Backups are kept for a limited period and rotated. On account deletion we delete or anonymize your data.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can export your data from the app or by contacting us, and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
Security
We encrypt data in transit, store secrets such as n8n API keys encrypted at rest, hash passwords, and apply least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of incidents as required by law.
